Disco Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets can be cancelled through Manage My Booking, which you’ll find at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.

Refund Policy

• More than 5 days before the event: Full refund
• Within 5 days of the event: 50% refund
• Within 2 days of the event: No cancellations or refunds
• Booking fees are non-refundable

Please allow 7–10 working days for cancelled ticket refunds to be processed.

Please Book the Correct Disco

Tickets cannot be swapped or transferred between discos.

If you accidentally purchase a ticket for the wrong disco, you must first cancel that ticket through Manage My Booking.

You can then check availability for the disco you wish to attend and make a new booking if tickets are available.

Please check the event date and year group carefully before completing your booking.
